Mentorship & Development Opportunities

The RLCIE Fellows Program offers Junior and Senior members of the program the ability to build their professional network through a 1:1 mentorship program with CMC alumni working in an industry of interest to the student. Both parties will commit to monthly contact over the course of a semester or academic year.

  • RLCIE’s Executive director will be available for mentorship sessions with RLCIE Fellows to discuss the topics presented in the program’s sessions and other trending topics in the innovation economy, explore possible internships, and to help build each student’s network of contacts.
  • RLCIE Fellows Candidates will have the opportunity to visit innovative companies in Southern California’s tech community each year. Companies will include startup labs and incubators, early-stage startups, and established market leaders.
  • RLCIE Fellows will have the opportunity to apply for a RLCIE Student Leadership Team position.
