Placide is majoring in Science Management with a sequence in Data Science. Placide has interest in finding optimal ways for small and medium businesses to get paid, get investments and also get their products known to potential customers. His interest in the space was inspired by a 7-month internship that he completed in a venture capital based in San Francisco that invests in early-stage software startups. At school, Placide is involved in the African Student Association and the Lowe Institute where he is part of a team that forecasts the economic growth of the Inland Empire and the Coachella Valley.
