Barbara Rogan

Barbara Rogan is a seasoned Silicon Valley executive and legal counsel. Barbara has held legal executive roles at technology companies ranging from venture-backed private companies to S&P 500 public companies and is experienced in the lifecycle of technologies companies including company formation, venture capital fundraising, leading the process for an initial public offering, managing a public company, and public company M&A. Barbara also has deep experience in the semiconductor ecosystem from her role leading the go-to-market legal function at Cadence Design Systems. Barbara currently serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Moloco, Inc., a Silicon Valley machine learning company focused on user acquisition, engagement, and monetization on mobile platforms.

Barbara was a McKenna Scholar at Claremont McKenna where she received her bachelors with dual degrees in Government and in Politics, Philosophy & Economics. Barbara received her juris doctorate at the University of California School of Law in San Francisco (formerly UC
Hastings) and her masters in Intellectual Property Law from Santa Clara University School of Law. Barbara lives in Silicon Valley with her husband Kevin ’94, her two daughters, two dogs, and two cats.
